General

·       Please note we only take one commission at a time.

·       You MUST be 18 years of age to commission. ID may be asked for!

·       We will NOT try to replicate another style for you. My style is how I work, if you want a specific style, go commission them instead.

·       We will send updates often; it is up to you as the buyer to give me feedback.

·       Please be 100% sure of the design. Once we begin furring, it is nearly impossible to change. Major changes later may add an additional fee to your commission.

·       Quotes are for serious inquiries ONLY. Do NOT submit one if you are not serious about purchasing.

Payment

·       Payment plans can be arranged. Do note that a 30% down payment must be made.

·       Nothing gets shipped until fully paid off.

·       Payments are made via PayPal invoice. Your email will be requested in the quotes form.

·       The down payment is non-refundable. Refunds are available until the suit is complete. After that, a refund is no longer available.

Shipping

·       Shipments are made via UPS.

·       Shipping is calculated at the end and is a separate charge to the rest of your suit.

·       We will ship your package within 1-3 business days after receiving your shipping payment.

·       WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES! IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL ONCE WE HAND IT OFF TO THE POST OFFICE!!
